How is
freedom usually defined? Most people would probably include:
The power to act, speak, or think without restraint
Liberty
from slavery, oppression, incarceration
Independence
Having
civil rights, defined by law
Able to exercise choice - free will
Frankness, boldness
Lack of
modesty or reserve
Unrestricted use or access
We feel fortunate to live in a "free" country. List some of the things that a democracy gives its citizens freedom to do.
